OPTIMIZ BTP undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected and purposes
Contact form
- Data : full name, organisation (optional), email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type and message content.
- Purpose : to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, assess the feasibility of providing support.
- Legal basis : your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), obtained through an explicit checkbox.
- Required information : fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your enquiry.
- Retention period : 3 years from the last contact.
Early-access registration
- Data : email address.
- Purpose : to notify you when our resources and tools become available.
- Legal basis : your consent, confirmed by double opt-in (a confirmation email is sent to you).
- Retention period : until you unsubscribe, and no longer than 3 years without interaction from you.
- Unsubscribing : possible at any time using the link in each message.
Ordering an assessment
- Data : full name, email, phone number (optional), project location, project type and characteristics, chosen time slot.
- Purpose : to process your order, organise the meeting and prepare the corresponding report.
- Legal basis : taking pre-contractual steps at your request, followed by performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), rather than consent, since an order is not reversible in the same way as a subscription.
- Required information : fields marked with an asterisk in the order form are required for processing.
- Retention period : 3 years from the order if it does not lead to an invoiced service. For invoiced services, the related accounting documents and supporting records are retained for 10 years under Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
- Terms of sale : see the terms of sale, including the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers.
Recipients and processors
Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to the data controller and the following technical providers:

No advertising trackers are currently active on this website. Audience measurement through Google Analytics starts only after your express consent; see the cookie settings page. This policy would be updated before any new tool is added.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to contact@optimizbtp.fr. You will receive a response within one month.
If a disagreement remains unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — www.cnil.fr.
Security
The entire website is served over HTTPS. Security headers restrict which resources may load and prevent the site from being embedded in a third-party frame.
